Time will reveal who will win .

We're going to win....a sentence straight to prison

In truth the man is not guilty of anything. He only hosted server space. It wasnt his job to nit pick what the customers put on his space... just as its not hotmails job to nitpick what people email.

This is strictly political. If he loses i lose all faith in our legal system. If he loses it was a corrupt trial.

I hope he wins and restores mega upload to its former glory. That would really be stickn it to the man.

I really like this guy, so cheerful and like one of us. I hope he wins and he has big share of support from 7 seas of the internet. cool guy very interesting.

like you loose everything and this is what you say

“You should have been here, it was amazing, it was like a war zone. Armed police everywhere….two helicopters,” Kim recalled. “The New Zealand authorities certainly put on a show for the FBI.”

he has something up his sleeve.

Silly him. He won't win, there is a global crackdown starting for pirating sites or websites that promote pirating in a way.

The best he can hope for is to be allowed to use his domain name again and have it be so over-regulated nobody uses it.

i bet he does sorta, something about the way it all went down sounds like he will get away.
