Pocket-Lint: The Galaxy Nexus has gone on sale in the US ending numerous rumours as to when it was going to be available to Americans keen to get the new Ice Cream Sandwich powered phone from Google and Samsung.
The new Android 4.0 phone, which will come with 4G LTE connectivity in the USA, will be available on Verizon and cost $299.99 up front on a new two year contract.
Back in the end of 2009, the rumors were all about Google getting into the phone business.
