Of course not! You need that special chip that... actually no you dont. But you need that crazy amount of processing power for... come to think of it the 2G could've probably handled that. But... no I got nothing.
It's simple, there is almost no incentive to buy the 4S other than Siri, you take that away, you take away 90% of the appeal for 4S.
