TmosNews - While the HTC Ruby is a bit of a mystery device a ninja source of ours we’ve been able to gleam a little bit of intel surrounding the specs and eventual launch. First and foremost this is not a myTouch device but will launch with a set of impressive and sure to please specs. The HTC Ruby will pack a 1.5GHz dual-core processor with a 4.3″ qHD display complete with a dedicated camera and video button (separate buttons) for the 8 megapixel camera on the back and the 2 megapixel camera on the front. Last but not least we’ve got 1GB of RAM and Bluetooth 3.0 on board.
PocketNow - This is apparently the HTC Ruby, an Android-powered handset destined for T-Mobile. We had originally thought that Ruby was the codename for Sprint's HTC Arrive (nee HTC 7 Pro) Windows Phone 7, but recent photographic evidence popped up suggesting that that this codename was attached to a completely different device. v
Dang... I hope this phone comes to Sprint. I'll be switching over fast and will just skip the Evo.
