i've lost respect for sony

Good I wish they would do this with all games i'm so sick of these retards that go to gamestop the day a game comes out looking for a used copy of the just released game because they are too cheap to spend the extra 5 bucks to buy a AAA game, I understand with mediocre or possibly bad games.But if you can't buy a AAA game new that you know will be good because your a cheap bastard you deserve to have to pay for multiplayer

who you these stupid people saying people are buying games for 55 :\ sometimes the games are like 40,45 the prices are all different so shut it with that stupid 5 dollar off crap

I dont go to Gamestop, hate that place.. so this is good news to me.

Personally i think its a good idea, i never bought a new game used in my entire life (did buy a used copy of halo2 on xbox when Halo3 came out so i could keep up with the story lol)
The developer deserves to get the money.
Screw Gamestop and EBGames, the sores where i live stopped carrying PC games a long time ago and most of the games on display for console are used ones, which btw are usually 5-10 dollars cheaper than a non used copy.
And most of the time theres better deals at my local wallmart than the used game at ebgames and gamestop.

This only hurts the Middle class and Lower class People.. I not everyone can Afford the $60 price Plus $100 in DLC. These Companies are trying to suck every last dime out of people and close are every short cut. Most people Trade in old games to help pay for a newer game , I know that gamestop rips people off left and right but this is the only way. I would be fine if Sony pass would be for every games but not single out games,

they have absolutely no right to do anything to the preowned market.
it's not illegal.
in fact them preventing us from reselling our property is illegal.

because this pass crap only relates to the online portion it is probably legal, but the reason behind it is to destroy the preowned market, which like i said, they have absolutely no right to do.

this is just a stepping stone on the path to full steam style drm.

i still think greed is going to bring about another game crash.

i used to say that i didn't want to see that happen.
but the sheer naked greed and lack of consideration for the customers in this industry is starting to get sickening.

maybe a fresh start is what's needed, clear the decks so to speak.

this industry simply cannot continue the way it is now.
