AC: Asus is following up its popular EeePad Transformer tablet with the EeePad Slider and EeePad Transformer 3G, which will both launch in the UK this August, according to a post on the manufacturer's official Facebook page. Asus is promising to announce a more precise release date over the next couple of months, so we'll just have to sit tight for now.
AppSplit: "Original Eee Pad Transformer Tablet by ASUS will receive an Android 4.0 ICS update this month, confirms ASUS on their Google+ Page."
TechRadar: We were totally taken by the Eee Pad Transformer when it came out because it did something different to the iPad, and so gave itself room to breathe away from the tablet big guns.
Now its brother, the Asus Eee Pad Slider has arrived, and manages to stand out in much the same way.
NetbookNews - The docking station looks very stable and well constructed and adds the extra ports via the proprietary docking port on the bottom of the tablet. The two adapters also connect via the proprietary port.
