This desire has been taken advantage of (again) by Twitter spammers as tweets like “WOW! You can see WHO VISITS your TWITTER profile. That’s cool! :) – http://bit.ly/tweetviewer” and “I just viewed my TOP20 Profile STALKERS. I can’t believe my EX is still checking me every day” are proliferating this morning, at about 159 tweets a minute.
Airlines, Air France, KLM, and Ryanair no longer offer customer service support using Twitter's direct message functionality.

If i really want to click a link that is shortened i copy it and search for the elongated version. Havent trusted links since 2006 and the link on the techspy page shouldn't be hyper linked incase it leads somewhere bad and people click from here.
