Something interesting just happened while listening to Intel’s investors call, CEO Paul Otellini said that he’s company generated $11.5 billion in revenue and $43.6 billion for the year. Sales are up by 24 percent from last year numbers, leaving investors giddy with excitement. During the call Otellini talked about Microsoft’s new partnership with ARM, many believed Intel would be up in arms (no pun intended) about the new-found relationship between Windows and ARM processor’s, but this is far from the case.
And, for once, some of what it can do looks genuinely useful.
