Shares of Nvidia (NVDA) are up 3 cents at $13.63 after UBS Securities analyst Uche Orji wrote in a note this morning that the company could be in line for a cash settlement from Intel (INTC) to resolve a suit filed by Intel in February of 2009 and a counter-suit by Nvidia in March of that year.
