Pocket-Lint: Amazon has priced and dated the HTC Desire Z, officially launched by HTC on 15 September at a glitzy launch in London.
The new QWERTY keyboard touting smartphone, according to Amazon.co.uk will cost £429.99 without a contract and ship on 11 October if you've got the cash and the urge to buy it and ready to sign up to the pre-order page.
TechExclusive: "HTC’s Desire Z is everything you could possibly want in a smartphone with just enough added features and benefits to make it one of the most exciting gadgets you can invest in."
Seems like a pretty average phone to me.
Unless it's free with a contract or something.
Pocket-Lint: HTC teased HTC Desire HD and HTC Desire Z owners the eve of Christmas with word that it was releasing a update for the two phones.
“European Desire HD / Desire Z users – look out for an update rolling out from today that will make your mobile experience even better,” said the company in a tweet on 23 December.
TechRadar: The HTC Desire is, in effect, the second in the new Android range from HTC, with its much larger brother, the HTC Desire HD, taking most of the limelight.
But it's more that 'spare a thought' for the HTC Desire Z, as this phone is designed to encompass the best Android has to offer with HTC's sublime Sense overlay - and a QWERTY keyboard to boot.
