The Big Bang has nothing to do with "supernova explosions". The Big Bang was not the explosion of a star. Also, the source for the Techquila writeup is from July of 2017. Literally, old news.

I need to read more about this. The distances are so huge between galaxies that this matter would have to be in transit for many millions, even billions, of years. Also, a cobalt atom is a cobalt atom, no matter where it originated. So I'm not sure about the significance of saying that half of our bodies may come from other galaxies. Some of the water I drank this morning in North America may have first fallen as rain in Africa. It tasted no different.
