The leak comes from HKEPC FB page where a moderator posted the CineBench results of both AMD EPYC Rome and Intel Cascade Lake Advanced Performance CPUs.
You can't really make a comparison with out listing the prices. The AMD chip scores higher and chip will cost 5 to 10 times less than Intel chips especially given Intel's chip shortages.
