Interested to see how vegetarians would react to this, and if they would eat it, as an animal hadn't been killed or harmed etc.
Any veggies on here think this would be ok.
Not looking for and argument just interested on people's opinions.

Vegetarian here! To give a little context, I've been veggie for about 2 years, and I'm 33 years old. Throughout my life I had always been a guilty meat eater, I didn't like the idea of eating meat, but there weren't many alternatives that I liked. A few years ago Quorn appeared, and recently they've taken huge steps forward in making very tasty meat alternatives. That's what allowed me to finally turn veggie.

As it stands right now, I don't miss meat at all. I find that I'm a lot more adventurous when cooking, and Quorn is often much more flavoursome than meat. Something I've found is vegetarian food is often a lot more interesting that meat based meals. So much so that my meat-eating girlfriend is now almost completely vegetarian, simply because the food is taster, and much easier to cook.

So to answer your question, this kind of product doesn't really interest me. It may have when I first stopped eating meat, but at this stage I find current meat alternatives to me a lot tastier. From an ethical standpoint, I guess it comes down to an individuals reason for not eating meat. If it's simply to avoid animals suffering, then I personally don't see any problem with eating lab grown meat.
