D'oh!
4 days before the release of the phone, I think that's a little extreme. It's not like they leaked the announcement of the phone (That was handled by literally EVERYONE else.)
Apple does not play arround with breach of NDAs, or even others releasing product details befofe their own announcements. I have seen apple reclaim internal products from employee to employee sales of older yet non-released revisions that happened so fast it would make you head spin, but new products leaks were the doozies. macosrumors.com (repeate offenders) went down for good after releasing a bunch of product details from employees right before macworld. That was an amazing trainwreck! Sorry the guy is an idiot. He just had to look cool for his daughter. All for a phone that was not his to share in the first place. Good ridance. Don’t agee with it, you don’t work this industry.
