I'm looking into building a PC, a Gaming PC and this is veraffordavle compared to GTX1070 or 1080.

I might pick it up, but not now, will wait and see the opinion of the consumers.

maybe you should compare it to the right video card because right now youre comparing a civic to a Lamborghini...... this compares closest to the 2+ year old 970 but still gets beat out by it the 1060 beats it by 2x in benchmarks so you def cant compare any of nividias new cards too it unless you like looking like a moron

Read first, then react, i compared the prices not the Graphic Cards or their capabilities.

I know it's hard for some, nothing embarrassing about it. :)

What's worrying is that most games are showing in real world benchmarks that the RX480 performes very fractionally lower than the GTX970. However some of these review sites are pushing this idea that the RX480 actually performs 15% better which doesn't seem to be true at all. I'm on the lookout for a new card & these conflicting 'facts' are making it very confusing.
