As widely expected, the FCC has proposed expansive new data privacy rules for broadband providers that, if adopted, could see ISPs required to gain explicit consent from users for using or sharing their data.
Crazy as it sounds, the FCC seems like it actually does work for the people whose taxes pay their salaries. Now if we could get a few more we might be headed in the right direction. Come on FDA. No, lets start with the White House.
