This is a man who's been in & out of jail. Has also been a suspected murderer & is a thief.... Actually, he sounds like a perfect match for the FBI & Government.

You want this guy to be given the right to break encryption on phones? Bearing in mind that once it's created they can then use it on any phone they like thereafter without requesting it.
