NASA’s Orion capsule has made it to the Kennedy Space Center

Orion, the manned crew capsule currently under development, survived the evisceration of the Constellation program relatively intact, and we’re still planning on sending it to Mars. With its seven pieces now fully assembled after many moons, the Orion pressure vessel has made its way from the Michoud Assembly Facility in Louisiana to the Kennedy Space Center via NASA’s outlandish, Pac-Man-resembling Super Guppy aircraft.
