Keybase promises frictionless secure file sharing

Keybase, which provided people with a way to encrypt the messages they send, has branched out into file sharing, and it works quite differently from services like Dropbox. You can create two types of folders with the Keybase filesystem: a public folder anyone can access and a private folder that can only be accessed by authorized people.
