When Microsoft’s Edge browser arrived this summer alongside Windows 10, it was seen as a major step forward, incorporating new features like Cortana Assist alongside tricks that had become popular elsewhere, like Reading List and the new InPrivate browsing mode.
Move over, Safari.
It'll give you 1GB of data use per month.
The feature (which is currently being tested) will curate a mini-feed in your Collections section on Edge.
One has to be careful while browsing data even in private mode if you are using Microsoft's Edge browser.
Simple solution dont use Edge.

May be storing private browsing data? Where there's a will, there's a way with Microsoft, folks. We wouldn't know anything for sure anyway if they are.
