Private messages at work can be read by employers, says court

Judges in the European Court of Human Rights say an employer that read a worker's private messages and then sacked him was in the right.

This surely won't go unappealed, although they should have clearly come up with a better defence than it was unreasonable that the employers would want to know you're working.

Its not just that though, govt spies on you, corporations data mine and profit of you with / without your knowledge, with without your consent. Piss someone off online they will stalk and harass you in the real world. Sometimes its better to be off the grid altogether.
