The Windows 10 ROM for the Xiaomi Mi 4 is now available for download from the MIUI forum. However, it seems like Mi 4 users in India waiting to try the OS on their phones will have to wait. The ROM is only available for the LTE-enabled version of Xiaomi’s flagship phone which is not available in the country. Those with an LTE-enabled variant of the Mi 4 can get the ROM as well as instructions on how to flash their device by becoming a part of Microsoft’s Windows Insider Program. However, the post on the MIUI forum also warned users that “There may be some unpredicted bugs still, think twice before you flash.”
Xiaomi Mi 4 and Mi Note will be receiving the Android 6.0 Marshmallow update. The bit of information comes from a Weibo post by Xiaomi MIUI Operations manager.
