Adding the "Pro" moniker makes sense if you're Apple. To most others though, it inevitably brings comparisons to high-end traditional computers. Maybe iPad Plus would make more sense.
Apple is anticipated to announce the new OLED iPad Pro this spring. Although there has been considerable speculation about the product, it’s always reassuring when Apple officially confirms certain features through upcoming software updates.

As a marketing gimmick it's backfired with me, I expected the 'Pro' to be a full Mac OS experience not just a jumbo iPad.
