Ars Technica: "With Google, Motorola, Xiaomi, and OnePlus pumping out high-end devices in the $300-400 range, pricing your Android phone at $700 is a boastful statement that you've made a kick-ass, no compromise device. The BlackBerry Priv can't back up that kind of bragging, though, and that's why it's a failure. Other than the subpar keyboard and camera, everything on the Priv is merely passable. It's a "C" student, but the price demands we grade on a curve that flunks the Priv."
Blackberry rolled out a Blackberry priv keyboard beta version that easily switched between different languages few days ago.
It was thought that Blackberry Priv with Android OS will be the real hit, but unfortunately it started to struggle.
I still have very fond memories of my old Blackberry Bold 9900, what an awesome phone that was.
Shame the Blackberry couldn't keep up.
BlackBerry is now pushing out a fresh Marshmallow beta update for the Priv to those who signed up to help test it, though, this time around they are being a bit more specific about who exactly will be receiving it.
