One thing, I know several people in the Insider program and they already have it. Some got it last week, others got it a little bit before that, but the earlier ones were more beta style and the ones that got it last week are more final release.
Just saying that because the article says insiders won't get it until the 29th, but the 29th is when it starts going public. I'm not in the insider program and got the upgrade icon that says it will download the 29th.
