Well it's not a new idea. Apps like OnWatch, CircleOf6, Life360, bSafe, FightBack and StreetSafe do exactly the same thing. Well, one more for the safety of general public, I am glad.
However, this is just focused on gps coordinates rather than a slew of services combined.
