Maximum PC: Look who's showing up fashionably late to the Windows Phone party. It's Dropbox, which is now available as an app download for Windows phones and tablets. According to Dropbox, this marks the next phase of its partnership with Microsoft -- the two somewhat joined forces in November of last year to ensure that Dropbox and Microsoft Office would work well together, and also be widely available.
