There are plenty of home entertainment projectors available but none are nearly as nice when matched against the BenQ HT1085ST. Okay, so it has a more expensive MSRP than most, but it also has the advantage of still being a budget-minded home theater enthusiast display or a portable gaming machine in thanks to its short throw lens. Unless your pupils can’t acclimate with the notorious rainbow artifacts there is very little that’s wrong with this Editors’ Choice pick.
