Maximum PC: At the conclusion of a public comment period, the Federal Trade Commission approved a final order settling charges that Snapchat deceive consumers in regards to the way messages sent through the video and chat service supposedly disappear. As part of the settlement, Snapchat is required to implement a comprehensive privacy program that will be monitored by an independent privacy professional for the next 20 years.
It's currently available to Snapchat Plus members in specific countries.
