Bandwidth-challenged developer? Google to ship Android SDKs on DVD

As we heard during the announcement of Android One, Google sees the developing world as the path to "the next billion" Android users—and a big area for growth in general. Internet speeds aren't always the greatest in some of these places, but Google has a plan to make sure developers can get their hands on its SDKs, no matter how narrow the local tubes are.
