Wired - Sony has an Android problem. For years now the consumer electronics giant has been making some truly head-turning hardware loaded with Google’s mobile OS. When it comes to actually using the hardware, though, things almost always go south. It seems Sony just can’t help itself from making the same mistakes over and over.
"The Xperia Z3 was missing from the T-Mobile store the last couple of weeks as the company or rather company exec monitoring the T-Mobile Twitter account confirmed that the Xperia Z3 would no longer be available."
Limited Edition Sony Xperia Z3 devices were announced by Sony Germany a couple of days ago, and let me say that the designs look absolutely fantastic. Regardless of the fact that we have no idea how you can a hold of one of the new devices, the fact that they are out there is a comforting thought. Much like HTC did with the HTC One M8 Limited Edition Phunk-design, Sony seems to be getting involved in creating new designs for smartphones.

I think Xiaomi's phones could've made the list given their overall success in China.
