I think the pirates that are smart enough to crack these apps and upload them to the internet uses some advanced proxy that moves data through hundreds if not thousands of computer networks whenever they are doing something illegal. The people who they will likely catch are the stupid kids that finds the cracked apps and upload it to the sharing sites as their own without taking measures to protect themselves.
