With all of the excitement of Windows 10, one thing that has been left unanswered is the pricing of the licenses. That’s not all too surprising though as this release was for the enterprise segment.
It does, however, raise the interesting question of how Microsoft should go about getting people to upgrade to their latest OS. One of the rumors that has been circling around is that Microsoft might give away Windows 10 as a free upgrade to Windows 8/8.1 users via Windows Update.
And, for once, some of what it can do looks genuinely useful.
The blog post reads, “We’re introducing a new WhatsApp app for Windows that loads faster and is built with an interface similar to the app's mobile version.”
Since the middle of February, customers of AMD graphics cards have been reporting situations in which Windows installations were entirely bricked after installing new drivers.
Wow1 This is a really good piece, I think that Microsoft is working towards this goal, Windows 10 will be a big deal across the board.
i dont see them giving away anything for free or even $7.
