TechRadar - "The soul of the One M8 is missing here - it's cheaper, but not cheap enough to call it a competitor"
"The Galaxy Alpha is Samsung’s attempt at a smartphone with a premium build, something fans have been asking for for ages now. While the company did manage to revamp the Galaxy Alpha and make it look like a premium phone with a metal design, the phone can’t boast with powerhouse specs or innovative features."
Even if I were asked to choose between the E8 and M8, I think the E8 would be my choice, but I'm not a fan of a metal chassis anyway.
Alpha is a really cool phone, though not for me I would prefer note 4 if I had to go with Samsung.
HTC’s One M8 is among the best flagships of the year, but the price set for this device is a bit above most people’s budgets. Even though you can get a considerable price-cut by opting for purchase with a contract, that’s not the preferable option. HTC has thought of that and has released the HTC One E8 in June.
dont get it for years htc has failed on the camera department...while their software is awesome and fluid their camera its not..havent they learned so far?come htc where is ur head...
IR Blaster meh. It's even more silly on a tablet.
I'll stick to the actual remote thanks. No wasting time unlocking it, loading the app, trying to find the button in the dark with the glare of the screen annoying.
