I’m obsessed with the singularity, a moment in time where the known universe suddenly vanishes as it coalescences into one star-filled mass of pure nothingness. It fascinates me because I like the idea of a galactic reset button. It’s a simple way of clearing the mess.
The thinnest smartphone in the world finally has a successor, the Huawei Ascend P7. Announced today, the new Android smartphone brings changes on the hardware and software side, along with a new crown for the thinnest smartphone on the planet.
Bringing a 5-inch 1920 x 1080 display into the mix, the Ascend P7 stacks up well against the HTC One (M8) and Galaxy S5 in most regards. Internally the Ascend P7 is running a 1.8GHz quad-core processor, 2GB of RAM, 16GB of storage and a 32GB microSD card.
Surprisingly enough, last year’s Huawei Ascend P6 has been one of the sleekest smartphones to hit the market, and although the device has not seen the light of day everywhere in the world, the gadget’s design managed to attract a lot of enthusiasts from both the eastern and western markets.
