An unnamed source at the company told TechCrunch it is working on a new version at its London offices for use during working hours.

I was about to comment on this article with "So LinkedIn?" when I realized they're fully aware of its existence. I don't really see the need for an alternative, but I guess if it's completely free and offers similar functionality to LinkedIn it might be worth checking out.
