Smartwatches have been in the news a lot in 2014, and we don’t expect that to change anytime soon as new companies jump on the wearables bandwagon. One of the latest is from the minds at Momentum Labs, and it’s known as the Moment smartwatch.
what's wrong with that? it's still his idea .Just because you paid $10 to help him achieve it does that mean he owes you forever ? it's still his intellectual property ,he can sell it anytime .
For me kickstarter has its place and inventions like this shouldn't come under it. If it's genuinely a great product, corporate investors would back it. Asking for an investment from average Joe just saturates what is otherwise a great avenue for things that simply won't find funding any other way.
I dunno, maybe it's just me but everything goes via kickstarter these days and anything of moderate success ends up getting sold off anyway.
Kickstarter, the best way to get everyone else to pay for your idea so you can sell it at the end and retire a millionaire. *scratches head*
