Its only a couple of years away. It's how America Is going to get back in the financial red. They're going to use the countries reserves to "weaponise space" for "Extra terrestrial security reasons".

Naturally the two biggest alien cults, Raelians and Scientologists believe the aliens "they know" who exist (and created us) don't want to be discovered.. yet. Because essentially, we are not ready. So frustrating the things people worship. The Raelians are the most cringe worthy. They believe the ship is hovering above earth transferring/uploading our brains upon Raelian baptism and their home planet is only one light year away. It goes on and on and the chalk board scratching level of irritating nonsense doesn't end. Figures the Raelians I know are ex suicidal meth and pill addicts from very young ages. Coincidence?

It probably does, but we'll likely meet them or it in our lifetime, as interplanetary travel today is bare bones at best.

There are for a fact "100%" life forms on other planets, "even mammal like carbon based organisms" but the real question is, are there any life-forms like humans that can communicate wirelessly via telescope, Radio, or some other form of communication with a Conscience of understanding?

That's the question that begs an answer!
