not really. it would just lead to more unemployed pigs.

think about it, the less traffic offences, the less admin work, the less people you need. the cash/employee ratio will still stay relatively unchanged. maybe they can then focus on actual crimes instead of sitting on their ass driving around the whole day.

Driving around? holy crap you got some hard working pigs down south. Up here most traffic cops just park on the side of the road and sit there all day with a doughnut in one hand and a speed cam in the other. If they catch someone speeding, they simply call in the licence place and send the ticket in the mail.
