VRFocus - Sony has announced its long-rumoured virtual reality (VR) headset for the PlayStation 4 at the Game Developers Conference (GDC) 2014. The device is codenamed Project Morpheus, a title that was reportedly decided just last week. A prototype headset (shown below) revealed the device be coloured white and black, though this could also change. The company’s Shuhei Yoshida made the announcement at its Driving the Future of Innovation at Sony Computer Entertainment presentation on Tuesday, 18th March 2014. It will be playable at the show tomorrow.

According to a recent statement by Sony, it has sold out around 25 million PlayStation 5 consoles.
It really looks great. I hope that Microsoft drops a headset as well, so we can really see an accessory option that's universal enough to draw developer interest.
