Sony Waves Goodbye to VAIO PC, Will Now Focus on Mobile

Maximum PC: There's a good chance you may never see a new Vaio PC sold in the United States ever again. We're not necessarily jumping to that conclusion, though it's a strong possibility since Sony just agreed to sell its Vaio PC business to Japan Industrial Partners Inc., a Japanese investment firm. Well, I suppose it's a good thing if they're losing money on them. I hope they don't stop making tv's though. They make some great displays.

There are other alternatives in the market too but having a good option as Sony VAIO was a great experience.

Yes, you are right. Series of Sony Vaio is always an expensive option as compare with the other brand with the same configuration.
