Vyralize: Fire the laser!
Audi stepped it up this year at CES by presenting its Audi Sport Quattro Laserlight Concept with its dual laser headlight technology which is supposed to be three times brighter than present LED options.
Audi's always had some of the sweetest headlights
Was just about to say the same thing, they were the first company I noticed having a cool looking version those HID lights. Still remember that future car in I-Robot that Will Smith was driving was a badass looking Audi too.
Love Audi's but their actual car design seem to be behind Mercedes and BMW's. I'm not talking about their sports cars or 4x4s mind you. I'm a saloon guy, a4 a6 even the a5. Just my opinion.
The biggest problem with brighter lights is you will get your eyes completely torched out of your head with idiots who dont know how to dim their lights when they are behind another car.
How bright do you need headlights anyway, it's not like most of these are going to be driven lots of places without street lamps. I have Xenons and dipped they are probably a bit too bright if anything. Full beam is impossibly powerful. I would feel like a bit of a bell end if they were any brighter, everyone would drive past flashing me for dazzling them even on dips.
I think that should be a sensor or something, so if something is in front of the car after a certain distance, the high beams will turn off automatically and stay off until you turn them back on.
3x brighter? So completely blinding? An expensive car brand figured out a way to be more obnoxious - what a surprise.
good, lets just pass this car by at night so everyone will think they got their brights on
Can't wait till I am driving down the road and some idiot behind me has their high beams on.
Looks like an awesome car in general it's an Audi after all xD
