JXD S7800 Just Announced – Features Quad Core CPU, 2 GB RAM and IPS Screen

Gaming on Batteries Triverse writes, "JXD has just announced the S7800B Android Tablet to be released in late August/Early September. This thing is a gaming beast featuring a quad core Rockchip 3188 rated at 1.8 ghz. Along with that CPU there is 2 gigs of DDR3 RAM, 8 gigs of internal memory (Skelton is surely chomping at the bit to mod this bad boy) and it runs Android 4.2.2 for its operating system."

I agree. This doesn't have a Tegra 3 but it also doesn't have a home console price tag either. Also, JXD is much much more open to the community of modders out there and listening to them and making changes.

This is the hardware that I was in discussion with them earlier this year in creating for instance. I was looking into bringing over one of their hand held systems domestically but funding failed to materialize in time.
