The Inquirer - Apple has been told that it cannot add the Galaxy S4 to its ongoing patent lawsuit against Samsung.
In May, Apple sought to add the Samsung Galaxy S4 to its second patent lawsuit, which also involves the Galaxy S3 and Galaxy Note 2, claiming that the device infringes its iOS user interface patents. To do so, Apple agreed to drop its claims against another one of the 22 Samsung products involved in the lawsuit.
Vision Pro is here and it’s a surprisingly capable device. Apple has also loaded the headset with a ton of options and features that aren’t obvious at first glance.
