I have to disagree. The Sony showed the games, what most gamers want. MS showed features. Big difference there. And, if you are referring to Sony not showing the actual console, get off your high horse. Especially since they released the specs of the system and recently revealed a glimpse to what to expect Monday.

Not really. The previous consumers for the xbox's were gamers. Thanks to the reveal we know that games take a back seat to TV and Sports at the reveal of a "game console." QA panels afterwards revealed that:

A fee structure for live is still around.

It won't be "always online" yet still has a mandatory internet requirement to check in.

Used games will require a fee to unlock, even for different accounts on the same device.

Obviously its MS being anticonsumer. Not the other way around.

a videogame console marketed towards sports fans, beer pong players , casuals and social network peoples.

locked down system
no backwards compatibility
no used games
no xfer of xbl content from 360

people are in delusion for this one.

this generation they are doing everything but videogames
