PhoneScoop - U.S. Bank today announced a new tool that smartphone and tablet owners can use to set up payees and pay bills without requiring them to fill in forms. Mobile Photo BillPay, which has been added to the company's Android and iOS mobile banking applications, lets U.S. Bank customers take a picture of any bill, send the image to U.S. Bank, and then see the payment fields automatically populated with the correct details.
