Mashable: AT&T reaffirmed Friday that it will unlock up to five of each of its customers' mobile devices provided they meet certain conditions.
The company's Vice President of Federal Regulatory, Joan Marsh, outlined AT&T's unlocking policy in a blog post that comes amidst a heated debate over the legality of unlocking.
This comes after new net neutrality laws pass in California.
AT&T’s CEO John Stankey said that he expects the pay-TV industry to soon hit a level of little or no growth. He predicts that it will plateau once the number of pay-TV subscribers falls somewhere between 55 and 60 million users.
