Maximum PC: "Now that the first Surface Pro reviews are out, it seems that even those determined to overlook its hefty price tag are going to have a hard time justifying the Core i5-powered tablet’s piss-poor battery life to themselves. At around 4-5 hours, the Surface Pro’s battery life (or the lack thereof) belies the very reason people buy tablets — unwired, uninterrupted on-the-go use. I'd rather have an ultrabook
My laptop has an i5 and its one of the first "ultrabooks" Toshiba made, and it still lasts over 8 hours on a charge....
I'd be more worried about the storage space though, that sucks. I love my phone, but Sony made the mistake of making very little on board memory and its so terrible in the long run. I have a massive memory card I can barely use because everything initially needs to be on the tiny space of the phone.
Overall though this is stupid excuses. Pay a high price and then get told "well you can pay even more to fix all the issues it has"
It's got better run time & functionality than my laptop from 09'
Here is an idea. If you don't like it don't buy it.
And then let MS figure a way to get their buyers back on their next system.
