purple haze, battery dying quickly, hang times...these are normal issues. what are you complaining for. its the absolute best user experience on the market.

as for scratches, dont abuse the phone. we didnt build it as great as the older models when steve was alive. we cut corners. but hey, we sold 500 million in one day. so do you honestly think we care? you delusional.
