Pocket-Lint: HTC One X+ pictures and hands-on

Pocket-Lint: The HTC One X+ is the new HTC flagship Android smartphone, but we sort of had wind of that some time ago here at Pocket-lint. None the less, the official announcement means we’ve had our hands on the device to find out exactly what it’s all about and to give you a good preview of how it looks and feels.

First up, the clue is in the name HTC One X+. Identical to its predecessor bar one character, it’s of little surprise that the HTC One X+ uses the exact same chassis, screen and screen technology as the plain, old HTC One X. So, what is new then?

O2 and HTC sell four-in-every-five HTC One X+s charger free, in deliberate ploy to be more green

Pocket-Lint: With the launch of the One X+, O2 and HTC tried a new approach of taking the charger out of the box and including only a USB-cable to promote environmental savings. Now both companies are back with word that the pilot programme was a success and that every four-in-five handsets were sold charger free.

Engadget - We just love HTC's One X here at Engadget -- it's quite possibly our favorite smartphone of 2012. Three devices have crossed our desks over the past year -- the original with HSPA+, AT&T's model with LTE and, more recently, the global One X+ with HSPA+.
